Apple iPhone 14 Pro all-weather display feature test, support for maps and navigation and other features
Apple's iPhone 14 Series press reviews have been unblocked, and some media outlets have provided more information about the iPhone 14 Pro Series' All Weather Display feature.
According to blogger Brian Tong's review, in addition to the lock screen, the All Weather Display is also available for the Apple Maps, Phone, and Voice Memo apps. In the Maps app, the map is hidden, showing only directions, time of arrival and distance remaining. In the Phone and Voice Memo apps, various parts of the interface are darkened.
All Weather View also supports Control Center's Virtual Apple TV Remote, which allows use without unlocking your iPhone. The remote works with all Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD models, third-generation Apple TVs, and Smart TVs that support AirPlay 2.

Some early reviews of the iPhone 14 Pro noted that the All Weather Display had an impact on battery life, but not much given that the display drops to a low-power state with a 1 Hz refresh rate in All Weather Display mode (about 1 percent per hour, according to blogger Wenzel Chung), and the feature is also available in Settings under "Display and Navigation. This feature can also be turned off under "Display and Brightness" in "Settings".
The new iPhone 14 series will be officially launched tomorrow, with new features such as Smart Island and an upgraded rear camera system.
