Yachting Electronics: Automotive chip supply and demand expected to return to balance in the fourth quarter of this year

Regarding the establishment of its own IC research team, Yachting Electronics said that the company has been planning to expand its research and development team in China. To date, Artronics has nearly 10 LDO products in sales, 3-4 in promotion, and some in development. The main applications are in automotive lighting, automotive entertainment, electric tailgate, tyre pressure detection, electronic gear shifters and other fields. The company's current products are mainly low-voltage differential linear regulators, low-voltage differential linear regulators with enable and so on. However, there are many LDO models, and the current share of LDO in the customer BOM table is low, accounting for less than 20% of the company's sales.
Yachting Electronics said that the single vehicle is expected to motor driver chip, LDO and DC-DC and LED driver IC each about 100 yuan.
Data show that LDO is mainly for the chip power supply around, with the development of automotive intelligent demand, power chip use to enhance; DC-DC is mainly for the new energy electrification of the pull, such as BMS inside the incremental part compared to the traditional car.
