As one of Apple's key sales channels, many users purchase their favorite products on Apple's official website. Today, Apple has changed the style of its website, especially the page at checkout when purchasing an iPhone.

Previously, the iPhone checkout page on Apple's website had a two-column view, with a picture of the phone on the left and configuration options on the right. In Apple's updated website, Apple still divides the screen into two columns, but users will have a larger image next to their iPhone purchase at checkout, which gives them a better viewing experience when choosing an iPhone color.

In the new shopping process, users will have faster access to the "Help Choosing a Model" page when configuring options, helping them understand the differences between screen sizes and battery life.

Second, on Apple's U.S. website, a new video is available for users to select a storage configuration. In the video, Apple employees explain how to choose the right storage configuration for the user.

Throughout the shopping process, there is an Apple employee avatar in the bottom right corner of the shopping page, which users can click on to immediately chat with Apple employees and ask about the details of their purchase.

In addition, this update to Apple's website also highlights trade-ins. After selecting an iPhone configuration, Apple asks users if they have an old device to trade-in and provides a full-screen page to help users trade-in their old phone and see how much money they can still get for it.

It's worth noting that Apple has also updated some of the details on its website, such as comparisons between different iPhone models, frequently asked questions, shipping information, and more - more details can be found by clicking here to go to Apple's website.

This new checkout process currently only applies to iPhone purchases, including the full iPhone 13 series and older models like iPhone 12, while products like iPad are still on the same page as before.
