Nezha opens up new territory in South Asia with first delivery in Nepal
Nezha Motors has recently accelerated its globalization with a series of simultaneous achievements in the ASEAN and South Asia markets, including becoming the first new vehicle manufacturer to launch new vehicles in Thailand and Nepal.
Nezha Auto said it has launched the Nezha V Right Hand Drive in Thailand and opened its first overseas store in just over 10 days, while in Nepal, the Nezha V Right Hand Drive was launched in South Asia and delivered in bulk. Nezha's first delivery in Nepal marks the further expansion of Nezha's overseas footprint into South Asia.
According to data, Nezha delivered 16,017 units in August, an increase of 142 percent year-on-year and 26 consecutive months of year-on-year growth. From January to August, Nezha has delivered 93,185 units, up 176 percent year-over-year.
In April 2022, Nezha Motors entered into a partnership with CG Motors. In addition to the Nezha V right-hand drive version, CG Motors will also launch Nezha S and Nezha U models in the future to meet the demand for new energy vehicles in Nepal.
The Nezha V Right Steering Edition is 4070/1690/1540mm in length, width and height, with a wheelbase of 2420mm, and features a dolphin streamline, low wind resistance styling, a zero-button, full-touch, minimalist interior and a 14.6-inch intelligent center display.
The Nezha V Right Steering Edition is powered by a 70kW electric motor with a maximum torque of 150N・m, a 0-50km/h acceleration time of 3.9 seconds and a combined NEDC range of 384km. Nezha V Right Hand Drive is equipped with a thermostatic BMS system with automatic heating and cooling functions.
