Dongfeng Motor: The company's latest power battery system has passed the real vehicle test, the range can exceed 1000km
Dongfeng Motor announced that a new breakthrough has been made in the power battery system developed by the Technology Center of Dongfeng Company. Based on the models under development on Dongfeng's new energy strategy platform, Dongfeng's latest power battery system has passed the real-world test and can have a range of over 1000km.
According to Dongfeng Motor, the power battery system is developed based on independent high-efficiency grouping technology, and its energy density exceeds 230Wh/kg.
According to the introduction, the power battery system adopts intelligent all-weather battery safety management system, which can achieve millisecond response rate. With the support of high-precision SOX (battery state) estimation and lithium dendrite self-healing technology, the service life, human-machine interaction experience and range calculation accuracy of the power battery system have been greatly improved. In addition, the power battery system adopts high-strength aluminum alloy frame to achieve the first-order mode of the battery above 60Hz.
Dongfeng Motor points out that the power battery system also introduces a fire extinguishing system to achieve rapid fire extinguishing - a spray fire extinguishing pipe is arranged above the module, and the fire extinguishing pipe is integrated with the module, and the pipe is partially made of special material, which triggers the spraying of six-carbon perfluorone gas-liquid biphasic fire extinguishing solvent when it melts at high temperature to achieve rapid fire extinguishing.
