Framework and Google Partner on Chromebook DIY Laptop: Powered by Intel's 12th Generation Core i5-1240P Processor

Each part of the system has a scannable QR code that provides unprecedented access to documentation, repair guides, replacement and upgrade parts, and insight into design and manufacturing data. Using open source embedded controller firmware and coreboot BIOS, the underlying system software is also open.
