Apple iPhone 14/14 Plus removable glass back plate returns, repair price cheaper than Pro version by more than 2,000

According to TechCrunch and CNET, Apple's iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus models come with a removable glass back panel for easy servicing. These two iPhone models also become the first Apple phones since the iPhone 4S that can be easily opened from the back of the device.

Previously, to replace the back glass on the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series, Apple Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers needed to open the device from the display side, remove the components, and then install an "iPhone Rear System" part. This part is an iPhone case that contains all components except the display and rear camera.

In addition, early teardowns of the iPhone 14 / Pro series show that the series can still be opened from the display side, making it easier to repair the screen and service the back panel.
