"Apple's iPhone 14 / Pro launch event Twitter hashflag icon logo is now live
Apple announced early this morning that it will host a special "Far Out" event on September 8 at 1 a.m. Beijing time. The event will still be an online event, and is expected to feature the iPhone 14 / Pro series, Apple Watch Series 8 and other new products, as well as the launch of iOS 16.
To increase publicity for its events, Apple has launched the #AppleEvent "hashflag" on Twitter, and now that the September 8 "Far Out" event has been announced, Apple has updated the hashflag.
The new Far Out hashflag features a dark blue Apple logo and multicolored stars, in keeping with the event's tagline and invitations sent out earlier today.
Apple has been using custom hashflags since 2020, and Apple uses Twitter icons to raise awareness of the event and promote it on social media networks.
