Musk announced that the next Tesla vehicle repair process will be used in the "Formula 1 pit stop" technology, so as to achieve "same-hour service" (simultaneous service).

You may have more or less seen a Formula 1 car, in a race of dozens of laps, the drivers are speeding at 300 km per hour, but even in such a race for time, but also for periodic maintenance and tire changes. That's when the drivers take the F1 to the pits.

As the car approaches, nearly two dozen mechanics flock to the car, and the moment the car stops they lift it with a jack while the rest of the team divides up to change all four tires at the same time.

Thanks to this operation, a car can have its tires changed in about 2 seconds, while the driver's helmet goggles can also be cleaned in the process, avoiding as much disruption to the race as possible. After all, it's all about milliseconds in the pits, and even a millisecond delay can mean defeat for the entire team.

What's amazing about this whole process, besides the high degree of precision and coordination required, is that the entire set of processes may not take as long as it takes you to read the sentence in front of you (the world record is currently 1.92 seconds).
