Ducati launches new folding electric bike: 25km / h speed, up to 80km range
By 13 Jul,2022
Ducati's two e-bike models, the SCR-X and SCR-E GT, both feature wide tires, folding support and 60 Nm octagonal motors. Both bikes are equipped with front suspension, but the SCR-E GT is also equipped with rear suspension for better performance in off-road riding conditions.
Ducati has reportedly limited the speed of the new e-bikes to 25 km/h in accordance with EU regulations. the SCR-X has a built-in 500 Wh battery that provides a range of 80 km, and the battery can be removed from the bike for charging. the SCR-E GT has a large built-in 614 Wh battery, which is important for riding in tougher off-road conditions.
Both Ducati e-bikes will be available soon, with prices yet to be announced.
