Aviata: High voltage fast charging network to be built with bp, to land in Tier 1 cities as soon as this year
This morning, Avita announced that it will work with bp to build a high-voltage fast-charging network that will be available in first-tier cities such as North, Shanghai and Guangzhou as soon as 2022.
Avita said it will build more than 100 standardised stations by the end of 2023, covering 19 cities across China, making it the first SEV brand in China to deploy a high-voltage charging network on a large scale.
In the future, Avita users will be able to find nearby bp stations on the map through the Avita App's replenishment network section. Avita data shows that a single station can reach 480kW, with a maximum power of 240kW from a single gun and a range of 200km in 10 minutes of charging.
The Avita CEO announced at the 2022 Chongqing Motor Show in June that the Avita 11 will be launched on 8 August and will be delivered in large quantities by the end of the year.
According to previous information, the Avita 11 is based on the new generation of intelligent electric vehicle technology platform CHN, with a declared range of 680/555 km, a maximum output of 425 kW and a fastest zero-hundred acceleration of 3.98 seconds. In addition, the Avita 11 Ultra Long Range version will be equipped with a 116 kWh high-voltage battery pack, support for 750 V fast charging and a maximum fast charging speed of 240 kW.
